Some useful information to note before you start

 

If you’re moving home, complete the relevant form below, and we'll take care of the rest. 

 

  • If you’re on a water meter, take a reading on the day of your move before you submit this form. This speeds up the process and ensures an accurate bill. Learn how to find or read your water meter here
  • If you need us to read your meter for you, we need five working days notice to organize this, so let us know a week in advance of your move. Normally, we won’t need access to your property to do this
  • We will let Wessex Water, who provide the sewage service in our region know automatically, so there’s no need to contact them.
