I'm moving home
If you’re moving home, all you need to do is complete our online moving form and we'll take care of the rest.
- To tell us about your move, you’ll need your old address and the date you moved out, and your new address and the date you moved in. It also helps if you have your customer number – this is at the top of your bill.
- If you’re on a water meter, take a reading on the day of your move before you submit this form. This speeds up the process and ensures an accurate bill. Learn how to find or read your water meter.
- If you don’t provide a reading, your final bill will be based on an estimated reading.
- If you can’t read your meter, let us know at least five working days before your moving date and we’ll arrange for someone to read it for you.
- We provide your drinking water services. A company called Wessex Water provides wastewater services for the region. We’ll tell Wessex Water about your move, so there’s no need for you to contact them.
