Our crew are carrying out urgent repairs this evening. Some of the properties will experience no water/ poor pressure shortly for up to 2 hours. Our crew are working hard to get complete this essential work as quickly as possible. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this causes you and we’ll work as quickly as we can to get your supply back to normal. Thank you for your patience.
Due to this work, you may also experience some discolouration to your water when the supply is restored. This is normally short lived as we carry out flushing of the water mains. Once the work is complete and your supply is restored, please allow time for us to complete the flushing and then run your first mains fed cold water tap for up to 30 minutes to clear any discoloured water in your pipes.

As we continue working on this issue, all properties should see water back on. The pressure may not be back fully until repair is completed. Thank you very much for your patience.

Our crew is still investigating this, but we managed to narrow down the area and isolate the leak. Some of you may see water pressure slowly coming back, though 25 properties remain no water for now. We appreciate your understanding.
