Crews on site are continuing to work on the burst main repair.

Properties in the wider area should see their water slowly return, although this may be at a lower pressure than normal especially at higher points. Our team are continuing to flush to remove earlier discolouration, please allow time for us to complete this flushing and then run your first mains fed cold water tap for up to 30 minutes to clear any discoloured water in your internal pipes. For customers on a water meter you can apply for a flushing allowance here.

Thank you continued patience while we work on this repair.
