Burst Main in Glastonbury/Edgarley - BA6

Crews on site are continuing to work on the repairs to the main. A bottled water station has been set up for properties who continue to have no water at;

We are continuing to deliver bottled water to our most vulnerable customers on our priority service register.

Repairs are continuing on the main, although have been impacted by drainage pipes within close proximity to the repair. Crews in the area are in the process of installing an overland main to help restore water to properties at higher elevations. We are continuing to deliver bottled water to our most vulnerable customers on our priority service register.

Crews are continuing their work on the main, with properties at higher elevations within the area experiencing no water or very poor pressure. Bottled water is being delivered to our most vulnerable customers within category 1 of our priority service register.  We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued patience while we work to repair the main.
