To make sure we can support you in the best way possible, it would be helpful if you had the following information ready when contacting us:
- Details of your loved one, including their name, address, and their date of death
- Bristol Water customer number (if available)
- Whether the property is owned or rented
- An up-to-date meter reading (if applicable)
- The name, address and contact details of the person/executor who will be looking after the deceased’s affairs
- Details of anyone still living at the property
- Whether water is still required at the property
