About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for 3 Planning Assistants to join our Customer Hub team on a 9 month fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for delivering quality planning, scheduling and street works services across our network, ensuring all work is delivered within agreed SLAs.
Working cross-functionally with delivery partners, operational teams, customers and other stakeholders, your aim is to optimise, implement and deliver a robust end to end access plan for field-based teams within time and resource constraints in order to achieve company service standards.

PRV / Meter Technician
We are looking for an experienced and capable PRV Meter Technician! Working on a full time, permanent basis, you will be part of the team that drives efficiencies and minimises leakage through pressure reduction and metering activities. In return, you will receive a salary of up to £35,000 depending upon experience.

Network Area Technical Manager
We are looking for a Network Area Technical Manager to join our experienced and capable team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Leakage and Technical, you will be responsible for all technical network activities within your geographical area, acting as the first point of escalation for all technical issues encountered and working with those on the ground to resolve complex issues.
This is a technical and team performance role for a group of mobile and office-based team members in various disciplines, ensuring the delivery of the company’s targets.

Network Construction Manager

Bristol Water is seeking a Network Construction Operations Manager to oversee our in-house teams responsible for repair and maintenance activities, including stop tap replacements, service repairs, and new connections.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll be accountable for operational performance, health & safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across our network construction teams. Education Coordinator
We currently have an opportunity for an Education Coordinator to join our team based in Bristol. Joining us on a full-time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
We recognise that it is really important to educate future generations about the value of water, as a precious resource. We think it is essential that everyone knows where water comes from, understands its importance and the pressures our water resources are under.
That is where our Education Programme comes in! Working closely with the Pennon Community Engagement Team to highlight the great work we are doing across our supply region, you will engage with our schools, customers and the wider community. The aim of this work is to help us deliver on some of our core company targets, including encouraging our customers to use water wisely and to get a water meter.
