No Water / Poor Pressure in Shepton Mallet/ Radstock, BA3

Majority of customers should now be back in water. We are aware of some properties that are still out supply, this is due to a valve issue following the repair. Crews are working on this issue and hope to restore the supply to the remaining properties as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you for you continued patience.

The repair is being finalised and crews on site are slowly recharging the main to build up pressure. You should start to see your water gradually return over the next hour. Thank you for your patience while we worked on this issue.

Crews on site are working on cutting out the damaged section of main and will continue this work until water is restored. Thank you for your patience while we continue this repair.

Crews are still on site working to restore water. Bottled water has been delivered to our most vulnerable customers in the area. Thank you for your continued patience while we work on this repair.

Our leakage team have identified a burst main in the area, crews are currently on route with fittings to start the repairs. Thank you for your patience while we work on this repair.
