We now have a second tanker on its way so disruption to your supply should be minimal. Thank you for your patience.
Our crew have decided they will have to perform a cut-out repair. This means that instead of sealing up the crack or covering it, part of it will have to be replaced entirely. We do have a tanker that is supplying water to Horton, however this will hold 2 hours worth of water whereas the repair is likely to take around 4. This does mean that some properties will experience no water for a couple of hours this afternoon. We apologise for this and we will try and get the repair completed as soon as possible.
We have detected a burst main in Yate, we currently have a crew on site dealing with the repairs. As part of the repairs, it may be necessary for us to conduct an isolation which means properties around the Horton area may experience no water. Thank you for your patience.
We have some planned works taking place on Birch Hill in Cheddar. Some properties may be experiencing no water, however your supply should return by 5PM this evening. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
We are currently repairing a burst main on Cumberland Road which is being controlled by a two way light system. This is currently causing some traffic in the area so please bear this in mind when making your travel plans. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
