As we wrap up 2025, Susan Davy and Richard Stanbrook take a moment to reflect on the challenges and hard work across Bristol and Bournemouth. This year has been marked by a notably dry summer, which tested our resilience and adaptability.

However, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our teams, we have continued do our very best for our customers.
