Your metered bills are currently capped on the WaterSure Plus scheme. Each year we need to check you are still eligible for this assistance.
Please only complete and submit the below form if you have received a renewal letter from us, your renewal letter will say whether you are on the scheme for a medical condition or due to family circumstances. If you are unsure, please call us on 0345 600 3600
To be eligible to renew, you will need to attach your latest notice of benefits entitlement or a bank statement showing one of the following:
- Income Support
- Working Tax Credit
- Housing Benefit
- Pension Credit
- Job Seekers Allowance
- Universal Credit
- Child Tax Credit (more than the family element)
- Employment and Support Allowance
This entitlement must confirm your name and address and be dated within the last 12 months. Please be aware that Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payments, Carer's Allowance, Attendance Allowance and Council Tax Reduction are not qualifying benefits.
