Things to note before submitting...
- If you have received a bill based on an estimated meter reading, please use the form below to submit your actual reading. We will produce an accurate bill within five working days.
- We are only able to produce bills during your set billing months. If you would like to discuss your current water consumption or payments, please contact customer services from our contact us page.
- If you are submitting a meter reading due to moving home then please instead fill out our Moving Home Form instead.
- This form can only be used for household bills. If you hold a commercial account, please contact your water retailer directly.
