What does the Priority Services register mean?

At the minute it feels like we’re being bombarded with messages about COVID-19 and ways businesses can help us ‘during these unprecedented times’. And we know that we’re probably one of those businesses. So, we’re going to layout what our Priority Services register actually is and how it can help you.

What is the Priority Services register?

It’s essentially a big list of customers who have signed up because they have a medical conditional or disability that makes dealing with us harder, or impossible. It means these customers get a service tailored to their own needs so dealing with their water bills or meter doesn’t have to be one of the things they need to worry about. It’s that simple.

Why should I sign up?

If you feel like you’d benefit from a helping hand from us then you should sign up. We can come out and read your meter, send your bill in another language, we may even be able to deliver bottled water to your door in big emergencies.

Is it free?

Yep! It’s entirely free.

How do I find out if I’m eligible for Priority Services?

You can either read more about our Priority Services, or give our team a call on 0345 600 3600 who’ll be able to let you know if you’re eligible. Basically, if you find your medical condition or disability makes it difficult to deal with us, we want to fix it.

What do I need to sign up?

As long as you have your name, address, and phone number you’re ready to go. Signing up online takes around 2-5 minutes and our expert team are on hand on 0345 600 3600.
