National Customer Service Week

Customer Service Week is a national initiative that encourages organisations to focus on the way we think about and manage our customers.

Job swaps, looking at how we handle complaints and working collaboratively as an organisation are all topics we have covered. We have a great range of activities taking place throughout the week, with teams winning points and prizes for taking part and being nominated for excellent customer service.

The whole week is designed to allow us to recognise and celebrate excellent customer service, furthering our understanding of this and gathering ideas for improvement for internal and external customers.
