I've had a bereavement, who do I need to contact?

We're so sorry you've experience a loss. Our team is trained to support those who have suffered from a bereavement.

It would be helpful to have the following information on hand when contacting us, so we can manage any questions you have as quickly and easily as possible:

  • details of the deceased including their address and the date of their death
  • customer number (if available)
  • whether the property was owned or rented
  • a recent water meter reading if property was metered (if available)
  • the name, address and telephone number of the person or executor who is legally looking after the affairs of the deceased
  • whether water is still required at the property
