Hard water in your home
The presence of naturally occurring minerals in the water we supply can cause a build up in your dishwasher which can be difficult to remove by hand.
Many dishwashers require settings to be manually adjusted to the appropriate water hardness level. The easiest way to do this is to check the water quality in your area. This will give you necessary information to set your dishwasher.

All of the water we supply is hard or very hard. We advise checking the level in your area to set your household appliances accordingly.
We recommend discussing with your supplier or installer first as they may advise you to fit a water conditioner or softener to alleviate the formation of limescale.
