Bristol Water is currently inviting customers by telephone to take part in interviews for research. The research will focus on understanding the needs and circumstances of our customers to help us improve the service we provide.

The research is being conducted by Blue Marble, so if you do receive a call from Blue Marble, they are working on our behalf.

We have set up a new customer forum, Water Forum, to help us understand what our customers want and to work together to develop our plans. The forum will several times a year, and the first meeting is due to take place in September. Members of the Water Forum can download the Terms of Reference of the forum below.
