We try to care for all our customers and their families, offering extra consideration for those who are older, have a disability or have additional needs.
Our Priority Services register means we can identify and respond quickly to the needs of customers who require extra care. The range of special services we provide are free of charge and are available to anyone living within our region, regardless of whether you are the bill payer.
Any information we receive will be treated in the strictest confidence. Only those staff that need to know will have access to the information you provide. For more information, please read our leaflet below, although this is titled Customer Care Plus it does provide all of the information you need to register for this service.

Western Power Priority Services
You could join the Western Power Priority Services register which helps them identify and respond quickly to the needs of customers who require extra care.
The special services they provide are free of charge and available to anyone living within their supply region, regardless of whether you are the bill payer.
