The Bristol Water Customer Promise sets out the levels of service we aim to achieve. It is our commitment to serving you, our customers.
The Promise covers commitments on:
- Water Quality
- Water Supply
- Written complaints and other contacts
If we fail to meet any of our commitments to you, then we will try to put things right as quickly as possible. If it is our fault we will pay compensation. In many matters payment is automatic without you having to make a claim. In other cases, you may need to make a claim. In each case the compensation will be at least at the level laid down by the Guaranteed Standards Scheme and usually it will be more.
