Billing & Payments

The majority of our customers have their sewerage services provided by Wessex Water. We thought it would be easier for our customers if they receive one bill only for both their water and their sewerage charges. Therefore, all our billing services are carried out by Pelican Business Services Ltd.

You can sign up for ebilling which will allow you to pay your bill, view your current and previous bills, receive billing notifications and have paperless bills.

Other ways to pay

We offer our customers a number of ways to pay their bills including direct debit, online card payments or bank transfer, over the phonein person or by post. Click on the best option for you.
