By Direct Debit
Paying by Direct Debit saves you time and means you can spread your bill over monthly payments. If you would like to pay this way, please call us or download the relevant mandate below. Your payment amounts are reviewed annually. There is no charge or discount for this service.

Take the entire bill with cash to your local outlet. Look out for the PayPoint sign or see their website.
Online card payment
You can make a card payment without registering for ebilling, click below to do so.
Online – option 2
Pay online with your credit/debit card via the Santander bill payment website. Select BWBSL from the drop down list. Payment should be made to Bristol Wessex Billing Services Ltd, quoting the 13-digit reference number shown in the box on the payment slip.
Via our debit/credit card phone payment line
Call our automated speech recognition line on 0345 600 1 019 (24 hours). Please have your credit or debit card and your bill to hand.
At a bank
Take your bill with cash or cheque to a bank. Normally no fee is payable at your own bank.
At a Post Office
Fill in the payment slip and take it with the bill and your payment in cash.
Make your cheque payable to BWBSL. Please do not send cash or post dated cheques. Write your customer reference number on the back of your cheque and post it with the payment slip to:
