We regularly benchmark our pay rates to ensure that our salary levels for individual jobs match or exceed market rates. Salary plans are put in place to take you to the benchmark salary for your role. Milestones linked to training & development are put in place to help progression through the salary plan. In addition we review salaries on a general basis in April each year.
Stakeholder pension scheme
All new members of staff are eligible to join the company stakeholder pension scheme. If you join the scheme both you and the company will make contributions to the scheme. Scheme members can also make tax savings by joining our SMART scheme.
Flexitime or Time Off In Lieu (TOIL)
Most staff are eligible for either flexi days or TOIL
