We have a range of ways for you to pay your bill. BWBSL manage the billing process on our behalf and can be contacted on 0345 600 3 600.

All of our alternative tariffs require customers to have a water meter installed, this could bring your bill down as you will only be paying for the water which you use. This is especially possible in properties where there are more bedrooms than people. Register for a water meter
