Chew started the 2010 pike fishing with a real bang as a record equalling 40-08 fish was taken from Walley Bank on the very first day. The fish was landed by Andy Charmer fishing a dead-bait. Pictures will follow when available. As well as this fish three other fish weighing over 30 pounds were reported as the fish fed well in the milder conditions.

All available pike fishing both bank and boat for 2010 has already been reserved.
