What is the Bristol Water Bond?
The Bristol Water Bond sets out the levels of service we aim to achieve. It is our commitment to serving you, our customers.
The Bond covers commitments on water quality, water supply, appointments and customer contact. If we fail to meet any of our commitments to you, then we will try to put things right as quickly as possible. We outline situations where we will pay compensation. In many matters payment is automatic without you having to make a claim. In other cases, you may need to make a claim. In each case the compensation will be at least at the level laid down by the Guaranteed Standards Scheme and usually it will be more.
The bonds are slightly different for your home or your business. Please find the links to our bond below.
