In 2001 the government changed the law concerning the production of WCs, reducing the permitted volume of the flush and at the same time introducing “dual flush” cisterns. These give the user the option of a large or small flush, depending on their needs, and allows for a considerable saving of water when compared to a standard toilet which only has a one flush option. Increasingly these toilets are becoming standard.
The aim of this survey is to get feedback from customers on how these reduced flush toilets are performing compared to non-dual flush ones. We want to find out how easy they are to use and how efficient users find them at flushing away the waste. (Feel free to take part in the survey even if you are not a customer.)
The survey is in two parts. The first part shows a selection of pictures with descriptions on each for the different flushing mechanism that can be used in a toilet. If you know which one you have installed in yours click on the appropriate box. If you don’t know, just jump to part 2.
If you have more than one toilet in your home, please feel free to fill out this form as many times as necessary.
Thank you for taking the time to take part in this survey.
