Remember
Water should be treated as a food stuff. If not kept fresh and stored in a suitable container there is danger of contamination for which you could be liable. Never take chances or short cuts. All the water supplied by Bristol Water will be of a very high standard in containers that have met the rigorous industry requirements for cleanliness and security.
Notes
All costs will include delivery and pick up charges. The Company allows 2 hours for delivery and collection, any additional time over this amount will be charged at the going rate per hour per person.
For safety reasons larger tankers may be operated with a minimum of two people.
The following general points apply:
- The Company will charge additional refills at the appropriate rate. Hire charge and deposits are payable in advance.
- A standard Bristol Water Hire Agreement must be completed in full and held by the company before hire commences.
- Bowsers will be delivered full with water.
- Customers will be liable for any damage.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse hire.
- A deposit is not required if the vehicle is not left on site.
- The Company will refund the deposit after the bowser is returned. The Company will examine the bowser and any repair costs calculated will be first deducted from the deposit and any outstanding balance invoiced.
- The Company will normally only supply within the geographical area we serve, i.e. Bristol and its surrounding region including Weston-super-Mare, Cheddar and the City of Wells. Requests for delivery outside our area can be made but will incur additional charges for items such as fuel etc. and extra administration.
48 Hour Refill
To ensure the water is kept fresh and is in compliance with water quality regulations all equipment hired for more than 48 hours will be refilled before the 48 hours is up. (Customer can request additional refills if needed). All refills are charged at the current rate. |
