Direct Debit –paying by direct debit saves you time and means you can spread your bill over monthly payments. If you would like to pay this way, please contact us for details or download the relevant mandate below. Your payment amounts are reviewed annually. There is no charge or discount for this service.

PayPoint - take the entire bill with cash to your local outlet. Look out for the PayPoint sign or see www.paypoint.co.uk
Debit/Credit Card Payment Line - you can pay your bill by calling our automated speech recognition line 0845 600 1 019 *
At a bank - take your bill with cash, cheque or postal order to a bank – Normally no fee is payable at your bank.
By post – write your customer reference number on the back of your cheque and post it with the payment slip to BWBSL, 1 Clevedon Walk, Nailsea, Bristol. BS48 1WA. Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to BWBSL. Do not send cash or post dated cheques.
At a Post Office – fill in the payment slip and take it with the bill and your payment in cash
Online – you can pay online with your credit/debit card at www.santanderbillpayment.co.uk*
Pay by Telephone,TV, PC or remote banking – please quote sort code 40-02-50 and account number 61229737.*
