Welcome to the BusinessCare section of the Bristol Water web site. Following on from the annual business newsletter – Inflow. This site will continue to keep our business customers abreast of further developments, information and advice concerning this special scheme to look after customers like you.

Bristol Water is committed to meeting the needs of business customers, aiming to help both industry and commerce make the most efficient and cost-effective use of water.

We have created a dedicated BusinessCare Unit to cater for your specific needs and to enhance the service we offer our business customers. We realise that all business customers have differing needs. BusinessCare Account Managers will be looking to establish closer relationships with you so that we can help you in the most appropriate way.

Two Account Managers have been appointed to maintain day to day customer contact in terms of billing and administration, dealing with business queries during normal working hours. They will be working alongside a team of Service Managers, who have the technical and operational expertise to help meet the needs of our business customers.

Under the BusinessCare brand, and in addition to the regular updates on this site, a number of leaflets, seminars and information sources, including the annual newsletter, will be offered to business customers as part of our proactive communication strategy.

Advice on water supply regulations, new technologies in the water industry, water saving devices and techniques will be provided. You will be able to communicate directly with the BusinessCare Unit via e-mail using this address: business.care@bristolwater.co.uk
