In January 2010, Bristol Water announced its decision to ask Ofwat to refer their Final Determination to the Competition Commission. The reasons why we asked for this referral are here.
In August 2010, the Competition Commission published its Final Determination of Bristol Water’s price limits for the 2010-15 period. This can be viewed here.
The Competition Commission’s determination has allowed the following adjustments to price limits for 2010-15, in addition to the change in RPI inflation each year.
