Our reputation is hugely important to us and we understand that our activities can have an impact on the communities that we serve and the environment that we steward. We seek to minimise this by delivering services responsibly and sustainably whilst managing the
social, environmental and economic impacts of supplying quality water for our customers now, and for the future.
We work closely within the City of Bristol and surrounding towns and villages. From school engagement to attending festivals and offering our support through our staff volunteer day scheme.
Our work with the International charity WaterAid has led to us complete activities such as hiking, cycling and running to raise funds for this great charity. Last year teams took on the Glastonbury Challenge, a 30 mile hike across the Mendips from our head office in Bedminster Down all the way to the Tor.
Through our customer panel ‘let us know’ we give our customers the opportunity to feedback to us on how we are performing and what Bristol Water means to you.
