The research is being conducted by TLF, so if you do receive a call from TLF, they are working on our behalf.

We have set up a new customer forum, Water Forum, to help us understand what our customers want and to work together to develop our plans. The forum will several times a year, and the first meeting is due to take place in September. Members of the Water Forum can download the Terms of Reference of the forum below.
